Tumbling Level 1
• Ages 4-18
Prerequisites: No experience necessary!
Skills Taught and Perfected: Beginning level tumbling: Focus on forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, & back Walkovers
Advancement: Must be able to demonstrate a back handspring on the incline mat.
Tumbling Level 2
• Ages 4-18
Prerequisites: Must have a standing back handspring on the incline mat.
Skills Taught and Perfected: Intermediate level tumbling. Focus on mastering standing back handsprings and round-off back handsprings on the floor.
Advancement: Must be able to demonstrate a back handspring and round off back handspring on the floor.
Tumbling Level 3
• Ages 4-18
Prerequisites: Must have a standing back handspring and round-off back handspring unassisted on the floor. Skills Taught and Perfected: Intermediate level tumbling: Focus on learning multiple back handsprings. Beginning standing tucks and round-off tucks.
Advancement: Must be able to demonstrate a round-off back handspring back tuck.
Tumbling Level 4
• Ages 4-18
Prerequisites: Must have a back tuck of some sort.
Skills Taught and Perfected: Advanced level tumbling. Focus on learning back tucks, pikes, and layouts, and twisting: both running and standing.
Tumbling level 5
Prerequisites: Must have a round off layout, beginning to work half's and fulls.
Gym & Tumble
• Ages first grade and below
Skills Taught and perfected: An introduction to the floor, balance beam, and parallel bars. The class focuses on building coordination, balance, flexibility, and self-esteem.
