Rocky Mountain Cheer & Dance Company is excited to announce the start of a Special Needs Cheer Team starting in April of 2008.

RMCDC Shining Stars is a cheer team for individuals with special needs. Special Needs teams have been popping up around the country for several years now many right here in Colorado. The Shining Stars of RMCDC will perform at competitions and community events!

These athletes are not only improving their skills physically, but socially and emotionally as well. Belonging to a team, having responsibility and enjoying friendships prove to be just as important to the athletes and their families as the cheering itself.
